Rates & FAQ
I charge $100 per session.
I am considered an "Out-Of-Network" provider, which means I do not accept any insurance directly. If you would like to use your insurance, then I am able to provide you with a monthly receipt called a "Superbill" and you can submit this to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider directly and checking with them to confirm if you have "Out Of Network" benefits.
Otherwise you can choose to see me privately and not involve your insurance at all. See why many of my clients choose this option below.
Many of my clients actually prefer to work with me privately and not involve their insurance at all. This is because in order to use your insurance for counseling, a mental health diagnosis is required, and this gets attached to your record. Insurance can also put limitations on the number of counseling sessions you can have, prior to truly completing the process.
And by not taking insurance, I’m able to maintain a smaller caseload of clientele and devote all of my focus into helping people. Instead of taking hours each week going back and forth with insurance, I devote that time and energy to my clients, resulting in better outcomes for therapy.
My practice is fully online. As an online therapy practice, I do not have a physical office location. All of our therapy sessions take place virtually, through a secure video conferencing platform. This means that you can attend therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or another location that is convenient for you.
Yes! I understand that in today's world, people often have busy schedules and may prefer the convenience and flexibility of attending therapy online. My practice is an entirely online therapy practice and provides services through a secure HIPAA-compliant and user-friendly virtual platform called Simple Practice.
Online therapy, also known as teletherapy or telehealth, is a form of therapy that takes place through a virtual platform, such as video conferencing. It allows clients to receive therapy sessions from the comfort of their own home or another convenient location, rather than having to go to a physical office.
Yes, studies have shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. In fact, for some people, it can be even more effective, as it removes the barriers of travel and scheduling that can make traditional therapy more difficult to access.

After we schedule our first session, I will send you an email to complete paperwork online. The paperwork should only take about 15 minutes to complete.
Your first therapy session will be an assessment where I will gather information about your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and other important aspects of your life. We’ll work together to identify your therapy goals and discuss the frequency and duration of future sessions.
Adults (18+) of all gender identities, ages, races, sexual orientations, sizes, faiths, and ability statuses are welcome in my practice.
My clients bring a wide range of concerns to therapy, including anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, and career-related struggles.
I specialize in working with young adults and college students, however, you do not have to be a young adult or college student to be seen by me.
Currently, my active clients range from 18-70 years old.
No. You must be at least 18 years old to be a client of mine.
I use an Integrative Therapy approach that incorporates techniques and strategies from multiple therapeutic modalities in order to meet the unique needs of each individual client. The goal of integrative therapy is to provide you with a tailored, holistic approach that considers all aspects of your experience, including your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and physical health.
Integrative therapy can draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and others.
The length of therapy will depend on your individual needs and goals. It can vary from a few sessions to several months or longer. I will work with you to create a treatment plan and provide an estimate of how long it might take to achieve your goals. Keep in mind that therapy is a collaborative process and progress can be influenced by a variety of factors, including your level of motivation, the complexity of the issues you're working on, and your ability to apply what you learn in therapy to your daily life.
It's possible that I may recommend homework or exercises for you to complete between therapy sessions. These assignments are designed to help you continue making progress towards your goals outside of the therapy session. However, any homework or exercises are completely optional and will be based on your personal preferences and readiness for change.
The frequency of sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Generally, therapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, but I may recommend a different frequency based on your unique situation. Together, you and I will work to create a therapy plan that fits your individual needs and schedule.

I bought a ukulele recently with the goal of learning how to play….it’s not going so well. My dogs don’t appreciate my musical skills, but I’m determined to master it!
